No. Services are delivered as movement-based coaching and training. My work is informed by a background in physical therapy, biomechanics, and nervous system principles, but sessions are not billed or delivered as medical physical therapy services.

I work with clients in-person at The Rising Zone (TRZ) in Rocklin, CA, a unique facility that integrates wellness, movement, and community. Online coaching is available to clients anywhere.

We start with an evaluation (virtual or in-person), then I build a customized program for you. You’ll get new training blocks as you progress, plus direct messaging and video feedback along the way.
