  • I offer individualized movement, strength, and performance coaching for active adults. This includes in-person sessions, online coaching, and ongoing longevity-focused training designed to support resilience, capacity, and long-term health.

  • No. Services are delivered as movement-based coaching and training. My work is informed by a background in physical therapy, biomechanics, and nervous system principles, but sessions are not billed or delivered as medical physical therapy services.

  • I work with clients in-person at The Rising Zone (TRZ) in Rocklin, CA, a unique facility that integrates wellness, movement, and community. Online coaching is available to clients anywhere.

  • Yes—many people come to me after pain, injury, or setbacks. Sessions focus on restoring movement capacity, rebuilding strength, and improving confidence in the body through progressive, individualized training.

  • We start with an evaluation (virtual or in-person), then I build a customized program for you. You’ll get new training blocks as you progress, plus direct messaging and video feedback along the way.

  • My approach emphasizes movement quality, load management, and long-term progression—not just workouts. Sessions are informed by biomechanics and a deep understanding of how the body adapts, making the work especially helpful for people who want more intention and context behind their training.
